Our Website provides a marketplace for you to search, compare and purchase Vehicle Service Contracts (“VSCs”), also commonly called “extended car warranties,” for your vehicle. VSCs are not “auto warranties” as defined under federal law, but do allow you to obtain coverage for certain repairs or services. For the purposes of our Privacy Policy, we will refer to VSCs as “extended car warranties” as they are most commonly known.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of information we gather about you when you access or use our Website and Services, how we may use that information, and your privacy choices. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not govern the practices of third parties, including any of our partners, third party service providers, marketing providers, and/or advertisers, even when those services are branded as or provided on our behalf.

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties.
