Claims

How to file a Claim

Initial Call - Start your claim by calling customer service at (877)-850-0443 or go to the website to begin the process.
‍Claims Description – Omega Auto Care will guide you to an authorized repair facility and handle the claim approval - view repair facility network.
Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. Omega Auto Care pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible.
Pick up your repaired car - Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Coverage Limits

Mileage & Vehicle Age

Omega Auto Care provides coverage for vehicles that are current model year +20 model years of age and up to 250,000 miles on the odometer.

Limit of Liability

Coverage is generally limited to the lesser of (i) the vehicle's actual cash value immediately before the covered loss, or (ii) the maximum aggregate limit that goes alongside the coverage you selected.*

Pre-Exisiting Conditions
