How to file a Claim

Initial Call - Start your claim by calling customer service at (800)-800-3629, or go to the website to begin the process.
‍Claims Description – ServiceContract.com will guide you to an authorized repair facility and handle the claim approval - view repair facility network.
Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. ServiceContract.co pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible.
Pick up your repaired car - Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Coverage Limits

Limit of Liability

Coverage is generally limited to the lesser of (i) the vehicle's actual cash value immediately before the covered loss, or (ii) the maximum aggregate limit that goes alongside the coverage you selected.*
